Abstract
ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang ada saat ini berkaitan dengan banyaknya kompetitor yang bergerak pada bidang yang sama. Selain itu, perkembangan kemajuan teknologi di bidang informatika yang harus disikapi dengan memanfaatkan praktisi Public Relations sebagai media informasi kepada khalayak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Fungsi Cyber Public relations pada Bimbel Tiki Taka, (2) Peluang dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam fungsi Cyber Public relations pada Bimbel Tiki Taka. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini teori Public Relations dan Cyber Public Relations. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 2 (dua) orang. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan wawancara mendalam (depth interview) dan teknik analisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji keabsahan data sumber dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara informan satu dengan yang lainnya. Temuan hasil penelitian diketahui: (1) Fungsi Cyber Public relations pada Bimbel Tiki Taka memanfaatkan media Website Google, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, WA dalam mempublikasikan informasi atau pesan kepada khalayak. Fungsi yang digunakan meliputi: transparency, porosity, the internet as an agent, richness in content, dan reach, (2) Peluang yang dimiliki Bimbel Tiki Taka yaitu memiliki kelebihan atau keunggulan yang tidak dimiliki kompetitor dalam bidang pendidikan pengajaran dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam fungsi Cyber Public relations pada Bimbel Tiki Taka berkaitan dengan informasi yang terkadang tidak update atau kadaluarsa upaya yang dilakukan dengan mencantumkan kontak person dan dievaluasi kembali informasi tersebut. Apart from that, developments in technological advances in the field of informatics must be addressed by utilizing Public Relations practitioners as a medium of information to the public. This research aims to determine and analyze: (1) The function of Cyber Public Relations at Tutoring Tiki Taka, (2) Opportunities and obstacles faced in the Cyber Public Relations function at Bimbel Tiki Taka. The theory used in this research is the theory of Public Relations and Cyber Public Relations. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The informants in this study were 2 (two) people. The data collection technique used in-depth interviews and the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and testing the validity of the source data by comparing the results of one informant's interview with another. The research findings are known: (1) The function of Cyber Public Relations at Tiki Taka Tutoring Center utilizes the media of the Google Website, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, WA in publishing information or messages to the public. The functions used include: transparency, porosity, the internet as an agent, richness in content, and reach, (2) Opportunities that Tiki Taka Tutoring has, namely having advantages or advantages that competitors do not have in the field of teaching education and the obstacles faced in the function Cyber Public Relations at Tutoring Tiki Taka is related to information that is sometimes not updated or is out of date.
