Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Anisa Tasiah Program Studi : Administrasi Publik Judul : Kinerja Pegawai PT Trihasco Utama Dengan Menggunakan MyTimesheet Untuk Work From Home Aplikasi My Timesheet memiliki peran dalam menunjang kinerja pegawai di PT Trihasco Utama. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya dalam memajukan teknologi dan serta memudahkan pegawai untuk bekerja saat Work From Home di masa pandemi Covid-19. Namun, My Timesheet ini masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan karena dirilis hanya pada saat masa pandemi saja. Sehingga para pegawaipun belum terbiasa dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Selain itu kelemahan yang ditemukan pada aplikasi My Timesheet belum bisa didownload untuk pengguna IOS dan hanya bisa digunakan bagi pengguna android saja. Serta yang kerap terjadi jika pegawai sedang berada di lapangan kendala pada server jaringan. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi suatu hambatan bagi pegawai yang ingin menyelesaikan pekerjaannya secara tepat waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai PT Trihasco Utama Dengan Menggunakan My Timesheet untuk Work From Home. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dengan informan yang digunakan sebanyak 9 orang. Teknik pengumpulanyang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan indikator kinerja pegawai yang di kemukakan oleh Sari (2016)yang terdiri dari : (1) Kepatuhan Pada Peraturan : bahwa pegawai sudah patuh terhadap peraturan yang ada di PT Trihasco Utama, (2) Efektif Dalam Bekerja : Untuk efektivitas dalam bekerja belum sepenuhnya dikatakan terpenuhi karena masih ada beberapa kendala pada aplikasi My Timesheet yaitu belum tersedianya aplikasi My Timesheet untuk IOS (Iphone), tindakan korektif belum tersedia di dalam aplikasi, serta masih ada beberapa pegawai yang belum konsisten menggunakan aplikasi My Timesheet, (3) Tindakan Korektif : Pada tindakan korektif belum bisa dikatakan baik karena dalam mengerjakan suatu pekerjaan jika ada tindakan korektif pegawai akan menginfokan tindakan korektif tersebut melalui Group Whatsapp masing-masing departemen, dikarenakan aplikasi My Timesheet sendiri belum ada fitur untuk tindakan korektif sehingga aplikasi tersebut perlu di mutakhirkan, (4) Kehadiran Tepat Waktu : Kehadiran tepat waktu di PT Trihasco Utama sudahbaik karena di PT Trihasco Utama terdapat punishment bagi pegawai yang datang atau melakukan absensi tidak tepat waktu, jadi untuk kehadiran tepat waktu di PT Trihasco Utama sudah baik, (5) Menyelesaikan Pekerjaan Tepat Waktu : Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan beberapa informan mengenai menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu sudah baik, karena setiap pekerjaan diberikan batas waktu penyelesaian atau deadline dari atasan masing-masing departemen. This was done as an effort to advance technology and make it easier for employees to work while Work From Home during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, My Timesheet still has some drawbacks because it was only released during a pandemic. So that the employees are not used to using the application. In addition, the weaknesses found in the My Timesheet application cannot be downloaded for IOS users and can only be used for Android users. And what often happens when employees are in the field have problems with the network server. This can be an obstacle for employees who want to complete their work in a timely manner. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the performance of PT Trihasco Utama employees through My Timesheet for Work From Home. This type of research is a qualitative research. With informants used as many as 9 people. The collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of the research are based on employee performance indicators put forward by Sari (2016), which consist of: (1) Compliance with Regulations: that employees have complied with existing regulations at PT Trihasco Utama, (2) Effective at Work: For effectiveness at work not yet fully fulfilled because there are still several obstacles to the My Timesheet application, namely the unavailability of the My Timesheet application for IOS (IPhone), corrective actions are not yet available in the application, and there are still several employees who are not consistent in using the My Timesheet application, (3) Corrective Action : Corrective action cannot be said to be good because in carrying out a job if there is a corrective action the employee will inform the corrective action through the WhatsApp Group of each department, because the My Timesheet application itself does not yet have a feature for corrective action so the application needs to be updated, ( 4) Timely Attendance : Precise attendance time at PT Trihasco Utama is good because at PT Trihasco Utama there is punishment for employees who come or do not attend on time, so for timely attendance at PT Trihasco Utama it is good, (5) Completing work on time: Based on interviews conducted with some informants regarding completing work on time are good, because each job is given a deadline for completion or a deadline from the superiors of each department
