ABSTRAK FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN ILMU POLITIK PROGRAM STUDI ADMINISTRASI PUBLIK Skripsi, Agustus 2022 ADINDA VALENTINA PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PETUGAS PENANGANAN PRASARANA DAN SARANA UMUM (PPSU) DI KELURAHAN LEBAK BULUS 175 Halaman+59 Tabel+15 Lampiran ABSTRAK Pada penelitian ini memiliki permasalahan yaitu rendahnya kinerja petugas PPSU pada pelaksanaan pelayanan PPSU seperti petugas PPSU yang malas bekerja, terlambat hadir, dan kurangnya kerja sama yang baik pada saat di Lapangan, sehingga pimpinan perlu memperhatikan motivasi eksternal yang dibutuhkan petugas PPSU untuk kelancaran proses pelayanan, dimana petugas PPSU pada Kelurahan Lebak Bulus mengalami kekurangan peralatan kerja yang sangat krusial bagi proses pelayanan sehingga hal tersebut mempengaruhi target kerja dan kinerja petugas PPSU itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) di Kelurahan Lebak Bulus Jakarta Selatan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori motivasi ERG menurut Clayton Alderfer (dalam Komariyah, 2018) dengan tiga indikator yaitu existence needs (kebutuhan eksistensi), Relatedness needs (Kebutuhan sosial), growth needs (kebutuhan untuk tumbuh). Sedangkan teori yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja menggunakan teori Wilson Bangun dengan lima indikator yaitu jumlah pekerjaan, kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, kehadiran, dan kemampuan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling, dengan teknik sampling jenuh, menggunakan seluruh populasi untuk dijadikan sampel, karena populasi relatif kecil yang berjumlah 89 responden. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitasm uji reliabilitasm uji normalitas, analisis regresi liniear sederhana, analisis koefisien derminasi , dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa diperoleh terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan nilai R square 0,559 atau 55,9% kontribusi motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan kategori kuat, sedangkan 44,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diamati pada penelitian ini. Hasil persamaan regresi liniear sederhana yaitu Y = 15.357 + 0,759X yang artinya peningkatan 1% motivasi maka kinerja akan meningkat 0,759. Maka hasil uji hipotesis nilai signifikan yaitu 0,00 < 0,05 disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja petugas PPSU di Kelurahan Lebak Bulus. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the influence of motivation on the performance of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling employees (PPSU) in Lebak Bulus Urban Village, South Jakarta. This study using ERG motivation theory according to Clayton Alderfer (in Komariyah, 2018) with three indicators, namely existence needs (existence needs), Relatedness needs (social needs), and growth needs (needs to grow). While the theory used to measure performance uses the Wilson Bangun theory with five indicators, namely the amount of work, quality of work, punctuality, attendance, and workability. The research method used is an associative research method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with a saturated sampling technique, using the entire population as a sample, because the population is relatively small, amounting to 89 respondents. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test). Based on the results of the analysis that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance with an R square value of 0.559 or 55.9% the contribution of motivation to performance is in a strong category, while 44.1% is influenced by other factors not observed in this study. The simple linear regression equation results are Y = 15.357 + 0.759X, meaning that a 1% increase in motivation will increase performance by 0.759. Then the results of the significant value hypothesis test, namely 0.00 < 0.05, concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on the influence of motivation on the performance of PPSU employees in Lebak Bulus Urban Village.
