Abstract
FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN ILMU POLITIK PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KOMUNIKASI Skripsi, 22 Januari 2022 Muhammad Akmal Rahman STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROGRAM RUMAH PINTAR PT. PERTAMINA JAYAPURA Jumlah Halaman: 115 ABSTRAK Pemerataan pendidikan di Indonesia masih belum maksimal. PT. Pertamina Jayapura berkomitmen untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah pendidikan melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) bertajuk Rumah Pintar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi PT. Pertamina Jayapura dalam menentukan tahapan komunikasi yang dirancang, tahap penerapan komunikasi dan evaluasi komunikasi program CSR. Teori komunikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Strategi, strategi Public Relations dan Corporate Social Responsibility. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam, pengamatan, analisis dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh PT. Pertamina Melalui beberapa tahapan berangkat dari empat pilar PT. Pertamina, analisis situasi, tahapan pelaksanaan dengan cara berkomunikasi dengan mengajak kerjasama relawan Torang Bisa dan Dinas Pendidikan sebagai media untuk menyampaikan pesan pentingnya pendidikan usia dini, pada tahap pengawasan PT. Pertamina Jayapura melakukan koordinasi setiap tiga bulan sekali dengan relawan Torang Bisa dan terakhir tahap evaluasi komunikasi dengan cara koordinasi antara PT. Pertamina Jayapura dan seluruh mitra yang bekerja sama. Kata kunci : Program Rumah Pintar, Corporate Social Responsibility, PT. PERTAMINA JAYAPURA Number of Pages: 115 ABSTRACT Equitable distribution of education in Indonesia is still not optimal. PT. Pertamina Jayapura is committed to helping solve educational problems through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program titled Smart House. This study aims to determine the communication strategy of PT. Pertamina Jayapura in determining the stages of communication that are designed, the stages of implementing communication and evaluating the communication of CSR programs. The communication theory used in this research is strategy theory, public relations strategy and corporate social responsibility. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, analysis and documentation. The results of this study are, the communication strategy used by PT. Pertamina Through several stages departing from the four pillars of PT. Pertamina, analysis of the situation, stages of implementation by communicating by inviting the cooperation of Torang Bisa volunteers and the Education Office as a medium to convey the message of the importance of early childhood education, at the monitoring stage of PT. Pertamina Jayapura coordinates every three months with Torang Bisa volunteers and the last stage is the communication evaluation stage by coordinating between PT.
