Abstract

ABSTRAK Framing dipahami sebagai proses bagaimana seseorang mengklasifikasikan, mengorganisasikan, dan menafsirkan pengalaman sosialnya untuk mengerti dirinya dan realitas luar dirinya. Situasi radikalisme saat ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran yang cukup serius dan perlu diwaspadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendefinisikan masalah, memperkirakan sumber masalah, penilaian moral, dan penekanan penyelesaian masalah yang terjadi pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Zaytun di media online Kompas.com. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori analisis framing Robert N. Entman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi serta observasi. Menganalisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan rangkuman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Define Problems terkait pemberitaan Pondok Pesantren Al-Zaytun terafiliasi NII dengan menangkat topik yang sebenarnya sudah ada sejak 2002, namun tak kunjung mendapatkan kejelasan mengenai hukum dari kasus Ponpes Al-Zaytun terafiliasi NII ini hingga kasus ini kembali diangkat pada 2023 dengan MUI sudah memegangdata yang lengkap dan valid untuk melapor. Lalu Diagnose Causes kasus ini yaitu MUI sebagai pelapor dugaan Ponpes Al-Zaytun terafiliasi NII serta Ponpes Al-Zaytun sendiri yang jadi tersangka atas dugaan afiliasi NII ini. Lalu Make Moral Judgement dalam pemberitaan ini Kompas.com menuliskan MUI dan berbagai pihak lainnya seperti Polri akan mengungkap kasus Pondok Pesantren Al-Zaytun ini secara keseluruhan semua kasus penyimpangan agama, penistaan agama, dan lain-lain. Serta Treatment Recommendation pada penelitian ini semua kasus termasuk Pondok Pesantren Al-Zaytun yang diduga terafiliasi NII akan diselesaikan dengan dikaitkan dengan pasal dan hukum yang berlaku dan sesuai. Yang tentunya dilakukan oleh pihak yang berwenang atas kasus ini. Kata Kunci : Framing, Robert N. ENTMAN AL-ZAYTUN Islamic Boarding School in ONLINE MEDIA KOMPAS.COM (XIII + 78 Pages + 4 Tables + 5 Attachments) Framing is understood as the process of how a person classifies, organizes, and interprets his social experience to understand himself and the reality outside of himself. The current situation of radicalism raises serious concerns and needs to be watched out for. This study aims to define the problem, estimate the source of the problem, moral judgment, and emphasize solving problems that occur at the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School on Kompas.com online media. The theory used in this research is Robert N. Entman's framing analysis theory. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use documentation and observation. Analyzing data by means of data reduction, data presentation, and summary. The results of this study indicate Define Problems related to reporting on the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School affiliated with the NII by raising a topic that has actually existed since 2002, but there has been no clarity regarding the law from the case of the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School affiliated with the NII until this case is re-appointed in 2023 with MUI already holds complete and valid data to report. Then the Diagnose Causes of this case are the MUI as the reporter for the suspicion that the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School is affiliated with NII and the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School itself which is the suspect for this alleged NII affiliation. Then Make Moral Judgment in this news Kompas.com writes that the MUI and various other parties such as the National Police will reveal the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School case as a whole, all cases of religious deviation, religious blasphemy, and others. As well as Treatment Recommendations in this study all cases including the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School which are suspected of being affiliated with NII will be resolved in accordance with the applicable and appropriate articles and laws.
