Abstract

FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN ILMU POLITIK PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KOMUNIKASI KONSENTRASI BROADCASTING Skripsi, 2023 Ridho Fadilla 2018140214 Analisis Isi Program “Teras Negeri” Episode Memulihkan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bintan dan Episode Memaksimalkan Potensi Bahari Kabupaten Wajo di TV Tempo ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak pada aktivitas perekonomian di Indonesia, salah satu kegiatan yang mengalami dampak paling parah yaitu industri pariwisata. Program Teras Negeri adalah program unggulan TV Tempo yang menayangkan potensi-potensi daerah yang ada di Indonesia, salah satunya potensi pariwisata. Penelitian berfokus pada tema program yang berjudul Memulihkan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bintan dan Memaksimalkan Potensi Bahari Kabupaten Wajo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui karakteristik pesan serta menyimpulkan pesan dari isi tayangan tersebut. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Menggambarkan karakteristik pesan, analisis isi di sini dipakai untuk menjawab pertanyaan “what, to whom, dan how” dari suatu proses komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi yaitu gabungan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan informan peneliti memilih teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada tayangan episode tersebut terdapat isi pesan yang disampaikan yaitu dengan melakukan upaya memulihkan pariwisata dengan segala potensi yang ada di Bintan pada masa pandemi maupun pasca pandemi, kemudian memaksimalkan potensi bahari untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, dalam episode tersebut melibatkan Plt Bupati Kabupaten Bintan dan Bupati Kabupaten Wajo sebagai narasumber. Lalu bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan Kabupaten Bintan dalam permasalah pesan yang diberitakan, yaitu dengan bekerja sama dengan influencer, membangun citra perhotelan, dan memberika sertifikasi CHSE. Lalu untuk Kabupaten Wajo adalah dengan melaksanakan program pelatihan budidaya rumput laut yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. The Teras Negeri program is TV Tempo's flagship program that broadcasts regional potentials in Indonesia, one of which is tourism potential. The research focuses on the program theme entitled Restoring Tourism in Bintan Regency and Maximizing the Maritime Potential of Wajo Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of the message and to conclude the message from the content of the broadcast. The theory used in this study is to describe the characteristics of the message, content analysis here is used to answer the questions "what, to whom, and how" from a communication process. The method used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using triangulation, namely a combination of observation, interviews, documentation. The researcher's informant collection technique chose the Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses data reduction. Based on the results of the research on the episode, the contents of the message conveyed were by making efforts to restore tourism with all the potential that existed in Bintan during the pandemic and post-pandemic, then maximizing maritime potential to improve the community's economy, in this episode involving the Acting Regent of Bintan Regency and Regent of Wajo Regency as resource person. Then what are the efforts made by Bintan Regency in terms of the messages being reported, namely by working with influencers, building a hotel image, and giving CHSE certification. Then for Wajo Regency is to carry out a seaweed cultivation training program that aims to improve the community's economy.
