Abstract

ABSTRAK Human Relations sangat diperlukan dalam setiap proses dan usaha untuk mencapai tujuan suatu Instansi melalui komunikasi informal yang bisa diterima oleh pegawai daripada komunikasi formal yang biasanya berupa instruksi atau perintah.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Human Relations di kelompok kerja Program, Data dan Evaluasi Direktorat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan(2) Motivasi kerja pegawai kelompok kerja Program, Data dan Evaluasi Direktorat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (3) Seberapa besar Hubungan human relations di kelompok kerja Program, Data dan Evaluasi Direktorat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Teori yang digunakan adalah Public Relations, Human Relations, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif, berjenis korelasional, dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pegawai di Kelompok Kerja Program, Data dan Evaluasi Direktorat Sekolah Menengah yang berjumlah 60 orang, dengan teknik total sampling/jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis data digunakan analisis statistic korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian diketahui: (1) Human Relations pada elompok kerja Program, Data dan Evaluasi Direktorat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan berada pada kategori Baik berdasarkan hasil perhitugan nilai yang dicapai dengan hasil yang diharapkan diperoleh nilai sebesar 83,9% (2) motivasi kerja pegawai berdasrkan hasil perhitungan nilai yang dicapai dengan hasil yang diharapkan diperoleh nilai sebesar 85,5%. Dengan demikian, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa motivasi kerja berada pada kategori Tinggi (3) Hubungan Human Relations Dengan Motivasi Kerja pegawai di elompok kerja Program, Data dan Evaluasi Direktorat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan terbukti signifikan dari hasil uji hipotesis dipeoleh thitung = 1,960 dengan df = 60 – 2 = 58 dan ttabel 1,671. Karena thitung 1,960 > ttabel 1,671 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian, maka ada hubungan yang positif antara human relations dengan motivasi kerja pegwai di elompok kerja Program, Data dan Evaluasi Direktorat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Dari hasil tersebut telah dibuktikan bahwa memang adanya “Hubungan Human Relations Dengan Motivasi Kerja Pegawai di kelompok kerja Program, Data dan Evaluasi Direktorat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan”. This study aims to determine (1) Human Relations in the Program, Data and Evaluation of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools (2) Work motivation of employees in the working group Programs, Data and Evaluation of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools (3) How big is the human relations relationship in the working group of Programs, Data and Evaluation of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. The theory used is Public Relations, Human Relations, Organizational Communication, and Work Motivation. This research is associative, correlational, and quantitative approach. The population in this study was employees in the Program Working Group, Data and Evaluation of the Directorate of Middle Schools, totaling 60 people, using a total sampling technique/saturation. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with data analysis using product moment correlation statistical analysis. The results of the study revealed: (1) Human Relations in the Program, Data and Evaluation work group of the Vocational High School Directorate were in the Good category based on the results of the calculation of the values achieved with the expected results obtained a value of 83.9% (2) employee motivation based on the results the calculation of the value achieved with the expected results obtained a value of 85.5%. Thus, it can be said that work motivation is in the High category. 2 = 58 and ttable 1.671. Because tcount 1.960 > ttable 1.671 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, there is a positive relationship between human relations and the work motivation of employees in the Program, Data and Evaluation work group of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. From these results it has been proven that there is indeed a "Human Relations Relationship with Employee Work Motivation in the Program, Data and Evaluation Working Group of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools".
