Abstract

FAKULTAS ILMU SOSISAL DAN ILMU POLITIK PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KOMUNIKASI KONSENTRASI BROADCASTING SKRIPSI, JUNI 2024 DIDI ALZI PURNOMO 20200110400079 ANALISIS WACANA PESAN EDUKASI PEMILU PADA PROGRAM “Warung Pengkolan” EPISODE 03 DI TVRI NASIONAL (XVII + 106 Halaman + 5 Tabel + 9 Gambar + 2 Lampiran) ABSTRAK Menjelang pemilu yang diselenggarakan bulan Februari 2024, televisi berlomba-lomba menayangkan berbagai program talkshow edukasi terutama menyangkut pemilu atau politik salah satunya yaitu TVRI Nasional. Idealnya masyarakat dalam memilih sudah dengan pemikirannya dan pandangannya masing-masing. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih banyak juga masyarakat yang dalam memilih asal memilih tanpa alasan yang logis atau hanya sekedar ikut – ikutan saja lebih parah lagi acuh tidak acuh terhadap pemilu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pesan edukasi apa yang terkandung dan bagaimana pesan edukasi yang terkandung dalam “Warung Pengkolan” Episode 03 ditinjau dari analisis wacana Teun Dijk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis wacana Van Dijk, ingin mengetahui pesan-pesan sesuai struktur makro, superstruktur, dan struktur mikro. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu pesan – pesan yang disampaikan pada program “Warung Pengkolan” TVRI terkandung sesuai dengan struktur makro, superstruktur, dan struktur mikro. Dalam struktur makro, adalah mengajak, mendidik, dan memotivasi para anak muda atau pemilih muda Indonesia yang tahun ini sudah berhak untuk menggunakan hak pilihnya dan jangan golongan putih, karena pilihan kita sangat menentukan masa depan bangsa Indonesia. Dalam superstruktur, terbagi menjadi dua perspektif, perspektif pertama cara memilih yang benar yaitu dengan melihat visi misi serta program kerjanya, perspektif kedua dalam memilih kita harus melakukan check and balances serta melihat track record jangan terjebak oleh fenomena Echo Chamber. Dalam struktur mikro adalah penyampaian edukasi, seorang pembicara atau narasumber harus berucap dengan sopan dan santun serta menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti. Karena ucapan dan tingkah laku seorang pembicara akan menentukan pesan itu dapat tersampaikan dengan jelas kepada penonton. Ideally, people choose with their own thoughts and views. However, in reality there are still many people who choose randomly without logical reasons or just go along with it, even worse, they are indifferent to the election. The purpose of this research is to find out what educational messages are contained and how the educational messages contained in "Warung Pengkolan" Episode 03 are viewed from Teun Dijk's discourse analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Van Dijk discourse analysis method, wanting to know messages according to macro structure, superstructure and micro structure. The results obtained are that the messages conveyed in the TVRI "Warung Pengkolan" program are contained in accordance with the macro structure, superstructure and micro structure. In the macro structure, it is to invite, educate and motivate young people or young Indonesian voters who this year have the right to exercise their right to vote and not the white group, because our choice really determines the future of the Indonesian nation. In the superstructure, it is divided into two perspectives, the first perspective is the correct way to choose, namely by looking at the vision and mission and the work program, the second perspective in choosing we have to carry out checks and balances and look at the track record, don't be trapped by the Echo Chamber phenomenon. In the micro structure of delivering education, a speaker or resource person must speak politely and politely and use language that is easy to understand. Because a speaker's words and behavior will determine whether the message can be conveyed clearly to the audience.
