Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Diajeng Dwi Sekarriyandini Program Studi : Administrasi Publik Judul : Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Teknis Alih Golongan Terhadap Kompetensi Pegawai di Kodim 0504 Jakarta Selatan Kompetensi yang dimiliki seseorang dapat menunjang aktivitas kerja yang dilakukannya dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan kompetensi yang baik tentu dapat mendorong suatu hasil kerja yang efektif. Salah satu implementasi pengembangan kompetensi pegawai yaitu melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Teknis Alih Golongan terhadap Kompetensi Pegawai Kodim 0504 Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Kriteria responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pegawai Peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan teknis alih golongan Tahun Anggaran 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diuji sebanyak 20 responden. Pengujian statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan alat uji t. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis, dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi, analisis regresi sederhana dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis uji korelasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X (Pendidikan dan Pelatihan) memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap variabel Y (Kompetensi). Uji regresi mendapatkan hasil positif, yaitu semakin besar pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh Kodim 0504 Jakarta Selatan maka akan semakin besar pula pengaruhnya terhadap Kompetensi para pegawai Kodim 0504 Jakarta Selatan. Uji hipotesis menghasilkan nilai t hitung > t tabel sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan teknis alih golongan terhadap kompetensi pegawai Kodim. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Teknis Alih Golongan terhadap Kompetensi Pegawai Kodim 0504 Jakarta Selatan. ABSTRACT Name : Diajeng Dwi Sekarriyandini Study Program : Public Administration Title : The Effect of Technical Education and Training on Employee Competence at Kodim 0504 South Jakarta The competence of a person can support the work activities he does well, this is because good competence can certainly encourage an effective work result. One of the implementations of employee competency development is through education and training. This study aims to determine how much influence the Technical Education and Training for Switching Classes has on the Competence of Employees of Kodim 0504 South Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative method, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The criteria for respondents used in this study are employees who are participants in technical education and training for the 2020 fiscal year. The sampling technique used total sampling. The number of samples tested was 20 respondents. Statistical testing in this study using SPSS version 25 with the t test tool. Before testing the hypothesis, validity, reliability, correlation, simple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination were tested. The results of the correlation test analysis in this study indicate that variable X (Education and Training) has a very strong influence on variable Y (Competence). The regression test obtained positive results, namely the greater the influence of education and training conducted by Kodim 0504 South Jakarta, the greater the influence on the competence of the employees of Kodim 0504 South Jakarta. Hypothesis testing results in the value of t count> t table so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, namely there is a significant influence between education and technical training on the competence of Kodim employees. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between education and technical training on the competence of employees of Kodim 0504 South Jakarta.
