FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN POLITIK PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KOMUNIKASI KONSENTRASI PUBLIC RELATIONS Skripsi, September 2022 Adisya Dhiya Ulhaq 2018140082 Cyber Public Relations Dalam Membangun Corporate Image First Solution ABSTRAK Di era digital yang semakin canggih Cyber Public Relations menjadi salah satu elemen penting dalam membentuk citra dan reputasi perusahaan melalui banyak cara tanpa adanya hambatan batas-jarak. Dengan menggunakan media Cyber Public Relations banyak sekali pontesi yang akan didapat jika praktisi Public Relations dari perusahaan, organisasi maupun pemerintahan memanfaatkan Cyber Public Relations dengan baik dan benar, dari Cyber Public Relations mereka dapat membangun merk (Brand) maupun citra dan reputasi perusahaan serta senantiasa memelihara kepercayaan dan pemahaman kepada khalayak atau public. Sama halnya dengan yang dilakukan perusahaan First Solution , dimana perusahaan First Solution menggunakan media Cyber Public Relations sebagai media pemembangun citra perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas Cyber Public Relations dalam membangun Corporate Image First Solution, pada penelitian ini peneliti mengambil Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan peneliti yaitu Teori dari Hidayat dan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa First Solution berhasil dalam menggunakan Cyber Public Relations dalam membangun Corporate Image terlihat dari pemanfaatan media Cyber Public Relations dalam dunia bisnis First Solution berhasil membangun Brand serta Citra Perusahaan dengan mendapatkan Customer dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Cyber Public Relations, Corporate Image Refensi : 10 Buku, 26 Jurnal Pembimbing : Dr. Sa’diyah El Adawiyah, M.Si ABSTRACT In the increasingly sophisticated digital era, Cyber Public Relations is an important element in shaping the company's image and reputation in many ways without any barriers of distance. By using Cyber Public Relations media, there are a lot of potentials that will be obtained if Public Relations practitioners from companies, organizations and governments use Cyber Public Relations properly and correctly, from Cyber Public Relations they can build brands as well as corporate image and reputation and always maintain trust and understanding to the audience or the public. It is the same as what First Solution companies do, where First Solution companies use Cyber Public Relations media as a medium for building corporate image. This study aims to determine Cyber Public Relations activities in building a Corporate Image First Solution, in this study the researchers took a qualitative research approach using descriptive methods. The theory used by researchers is Hidayat's theory and the research results show that First Solution is successful in using Cyber Public Relations in building a Corporate Image as can be seen from the use of Cyber Public Relations media in the business world. First Solution has succeeded in building Brand and Corporate Image by getting customers from various regions in Indonesia..
