Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Devi Rahma Ariani Program Studi : Administrasi Publik Judul : Efektivitas Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (Corporate Social Responbility) Di PT Pertani (Persero) Tahun 2020 – 2021. Corporate Social Responbility (CSR) di Indonesia lebih dikenal dengan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) yang merupakan komitmen usaha untuk beroperasi secara legal dan berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan tanggung jawab kemitraan dari karyawan dan keluarganya, pemerintah, perusahaan komunitas lokal, dan komunitas luas. TJSL dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai program pemberdayaan masyarakat setempat secara nyata yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat sekitar. Banyak perusahaan di Indonesia yang sudah melaksanakan berbagai program TJSL, seperti di PT Pertani (Persero). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas program TJSL yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh PT Pertani (Perseero). Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Sutrisno (2007: 125-126) mengenai pengukuran efektivitas program dengan 5 ndikator yaitu : Pemahaman Program, Tepat Sasaran, Tepat Waktu, Tercapainya Tujuan, dan Perubahan Nyata. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas program TJSL di PT Pertani (Persero) belum dapat dikatakan efektiv karena salah satu indikator yaitu pemahaman program belum dijalankan dengan baik, karena strategi komunikasi dari PT Pertani (Persero) untuk mengajak seluruh karyawan dalam melaksanakan program TJSL sangat kurang, padahal dalam melaksanakan program hal yang paling dasar adalah keikutsertaan pihak penyelenggara, terlebih bagian program TJSL di PT Pertani (Persero) hanya dinuangi oleh satu pegawai.
