Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Rhama Daffa Putra Program Studi : Administrasi Publik Judul :Efektivitas Program Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu pada Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat Halaman : 104 Halaman Pembimbing : Abdul Rahman, S.AP, M.A Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu DKI Jakarta secara rutin melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan terkait sikap pelayanan, sarana prasarana serta identifikasi permasalahan pada Unit Layanan PTSP diseluruh Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Unit layanan dengan nilai terendah dan penilaian periode sebelumnya menjadi prioritas dalam kegiatan pemantauan dan evaluasi. Waktu pelayanan yang ada di Kecamatan maupun Kelurahan dinilai masih memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dengan waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan satu layanan di Kecamatan antara empat hingga enam jam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif menjelaskan permasalahan yang penelitian secara deskriptif dan mendalam. Penelitian ini memberikan temuan bahwa DPMPTSP DKI Jakarta menyelenggarakan program pemantauan dan evaluasi untuk kinerja unit layanan dengan tepat sasaran, mensosialisasikan program dengan melibatkan seluruh UPMPTSP dalam pembuatan aturan dan ketentuan, tujuan program adalah untuk adanya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat selain itu pemantauan program ini menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan sekaligus menjadi bahan untuk kebijakan dimasa mendatang. The service unit with the lowest score and the previous period's assessment is a priority in monitoring and evaluation activities. The service time in the district and sub districts is considered to still require quite a long time. The time needed to complete a service in the District is between four and six hours. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach explains the problems that are researched in a descriptive and in-depth manner. This research found that The Capital Investment and One-Stop Services Office of DKI Jakarta organizes a monitoring and evaluation program for service unit performance with the right target, socializes the program by involving all investment units in making rules and regulations. The aim of the program is to improve the quality of service to the community. Besides that, monitoring this program is an evaluation material to improve the quality of services provided as well as become material for future policies.
