Selama memulai membangun kembali organisasi muncul masalah karena komunikasi internal yang tidak berjalan baik. Melihat strategi komunikasi internal merupakan upaya untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang perlu diubah untuk memperbaiki komunikasi yang terjalin di dalam PERHUMAS Muda Jakarta Raya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komunikasi internal yang berlangsung di PERHUMAS Muda Jakarta Raya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Komunikasi Internal dari Brennan Lawrance D. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan informan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa komunikasi yang terjalin secara vertikal maupun horizontal tidak berlangsung dengan baik, hal ini diketahui dari komunikasi yang berlangsung dari atas ke bawah, sebaliknya, dan juga sejajar. Proses manajemen yang terjadi juga belum terorganisir dengan baik. During the start of rebuilding the organization problems arose due to poor internal communication. Looking at the internal communication strategy is an effort to find out what factors need to be changed to improve the communication that exists within PERHUMAS Muda Jakarta Raya. The purpose of this study was to determine the internal communication that took place at PERHUMAS Muda Jakarta Raya. The theory used in this research is the theory of Internal Communication from Brennan Lawrence D. This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques using interviews and documentation with informants. The results of this study indicate that communication that is established vertically and horizontally does not go well, this is known from the communication that takes place from top to bottom, on the contrary, and also parallel. The management process that occurs is also not well organized.
