Abstract

FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN ILMU POLITIK PROGRAM STUDI ADMINISTRASI PUBLIK Skripsi, April 2024 ASHIRA SALWA BITA EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PENCATATAN AKTA KEMATIAN PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN XVI + 78 Halaman+7 Tabel+6 Lampiran ABSTRAK Akta kematian sebagai pembuktian kematian seseorang, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan antara lain masih ada masyarakat yang sudah meninggal tetapi masuk kedalam daftar pemilih tetap pemilu 2024 dan adanya pemalsuan akta kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai efektivitas program pencatatan akta kematian pada dinas kependudukan dan catatan sipil Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketepatan sasaran dikatakan sudah optimal, karena masyarakat yang sudah mengetahui dan mendapatkan pelayanan pencatatan akta kematian. Pada indikator sosialisasi program belum optimal, sebab masih adanya masyarakat di wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan yang kurang mengetahui betapa pentingnya mengurus administrasi kependudukan khususnya akta kematian dikarenakan kurangnya sosialisasi yang oleh pihak dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil. Pada indikator tercapainya tujuan program, karena masih adanya masyarakat yang belum mendaftarkan akta kematian walaupun sudah mengetahui adanya program pencatatan akta kemantian. Pada indikator pemantauan program belum berjalan dengan baik dalam penerapannya karena ditemukan masyarakat yang belum mendaftarkan akta kematian, hal ini dikarenakan pengawasan yang dilakukan pihak dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kurang menjangkau dan belum merata ke seluruh masyarakat yang ada di Kota Tangerang Selatan. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of the death certificate recording program in the population and civil registration services of South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the research show that target accuracy is said to be optimal, because people already know and receive death certificate registration services. The program socialization indicators are not yet optimal, because there are still people in the South Tangerang City area who do not know how important it is to take care of population administration, especially death certificates, due to the lack of socialization by the population and civil registration services. In terms of indicators of achieving program objectives, there are still people who have not registered death certificates even though they are aware of the existence of the death certificate registration program. In terms of monitoring indicators, the program has not gone well in its implementation because it was found that people had not registered death certificates, this is because the supervision carried out by the population and civil registration services did not reach enough and was not evenly distributed to all communities in South Tangerang City.
