Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Anemia Remaja Putri dapat menyebabkan dampak pada remaja baik masa kini maupun masa mendatang. Remaja putri jadi mudah lelah, letih, lesu, lunglai, lemah, konsentrasi menurun, dan dapat menyebabkan anemia pada kehamilan yang akan beresiko kepada perdarahan persalinan. Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor pengetahuan, lama menstruasi, dan status gizi dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif analytic cross sectional dengan melibatkan 103 siswi kelas X (14-19 tahun) menggunakan stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan alat pengecek Hb merk fora, kuesioner, dan pengukuran antropometri menggunakan nilai Z Score. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p≤0,05. Hasil: Sebanyak 73,8% remaja putri mengalami anemia, 62,1% memiliki pengetahuan baik, 82,5% memiliki lama menstruasi normal, 69,9% memiliki status gizi normal. Tidak ada hubungan faktor pengetahuan, lama menstruasi, dan status gizi dengan kejadian anemia (p-value>0,05). Kesimpulan dan Saran: Terdapat 8 dari 10 orang remaja putri kelas X SMAN 52 Jakarta Utara mengalami anemia. Tidak ada hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan, lama menstruasi, dan status gizi dengan kejadian anemia remaja putri kelas X. Diharapkan untuk institusi pendidikan melakukan kegiatan pencegahan anemia bersama dengan pihak puskesmas membagikan tablet tambah darah kepada remaja putri serta peneliti selanjutnya meneliti variabel lain yang mendukung dari penelitian ini dan dapat melanjutkan penelitian ini. Adolescent girls become easily tired, tired, lethargic, sluggish, weak, decreased concentration, and can cause anaemia in pregnancy which will risk childbirth bleeding. Objective: To analyse the factors of knowledge, duration of menstruation, and nutritional status with the incidence of anaemia in adolescent girls. Methods: Cross sectional analytic quantitative research involving 103 class X students (14-19 years old) using stratified random sampling. Data collection used fora brand Hb checker, questionnaire, and anthropometric measurement using Z Score value. This study used chi square statistical test with a significance level of p≤0.05. Results: A total of 73.8% of adolescent girls were anaemic, 62.1% had good knowledge, 82.5% had normal menstrual duration, 69.9% had normal nutritional status. There was no association between knowledge, duration of menstruation, and nutritional status with anaemia (p-value>0.05). Conclusion and Suggestion: There are 8 of 10 adolescent girls are anaemic can experience anaemia. There is no relationship between the factors of knowledge, duration of menstruation, and nutritional status with the incidence of anaemia of grade X adolescent girls. It is expected for educational institutions to carry out anaemia prevention activities together with the health centre to distribute blood supplement tablets to adolescent girls and further researchers to examine variab.
