Abstract
FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN ILMU POLITIK PROGRAM STUDI ADMINISTRASI PUBLIK Skripsi, Agustus 2024 Annissa Safitri Safitri NPM 20200110200037 EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN DI SEKRETARIAT JENDRAL DEWAN PERWAKILAN DAERAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Sekretariat Jendral Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Sekretariat Jendral DPD RI adalah masih adanya pegawai yang kurang memahami pada bidangnya sehingga adanya program diklat untuk memudahkan pegawai dalam mengasah pengetahuan dan keterampilan pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pendidikan dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia pada sekretariat jendral DPD RI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, sumber dat dalm penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna ingin mengetahui efektivitas program pendidikan dan pelatihan di sekretariat jendral DPD RI. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukan pemahaman pegawai belum maximal dengan salah satu program pelatihan berbasis online, ketepatan sasaran yang dituju kepada pegawai Setjen DPD RI sudah tepat sasaran dalam program pelatihan, pada ketepatan waktu adanya jadwal diklat yang kurang fleksibel pada program diklat yang dijalankan, tercapainya tujuan sudah berdampak positif pada produktivitas pegawai dalam pekerjaan dan perubahan yang nyata sudah terealisasikan dengan perubahan positif karena pegawai dapat memahami dan menerapkan ilmu yang di dapat pada pekerjaan di setiap divisi masing-masing. The problem faced by the Secretariat General of the DPD RI is that there are still employees who do not understand their field, so there is a training program to make it easier for employees to hone their knowledge and skills. The aim of this research is to analyze education and training of human resources at the secretariat general of the DPD RI. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, data sources in the research were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of education and training programs at the Secretariat General of the DPD RI. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that this research shows that employee understanding is not optimal with one of the online-based training programs, the accuracy of targets aimed at employees of the Secretariat General of the DPD RI is right on target in the training program, and the timeliness of the training schedule is less flexible in the program. training has been carried out, the achievement of objectives has had a positive impact on employee productivity at work and real changes have been realized with positive changes because employees can understand and apply the knowledge gained to work in each respective division.
