Abstract

ABSTRAK FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN ILMU POLITIK PROGRAM STUDI ILMU ADMINISTRASI PUBLIK Skripsi, Juli 2024 Putra Alief Dityaprima EFEKTIVITAS APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI KEARSIPAN DINAMIS TERINTEGRASI (SRIKANDI) PADA ARSIP NASIONAL REPUBLIK INDONESIA (ANRI). xx+ 62 Halaman+ 2 Tabel+ 5 Lampiran Diera digitalisasi ini, pengelolaah arsip memberikan tantangan dan kemudahan tersendiri. SRIKANDI merupakan salah satu dari beberapa aplikasi pengelola arsip dan SRIKANDI merupakan aplikasi umum yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kominfo Republik Indonesia yang sudah ditingkatkan bersama Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia guna melengkapi keperluan penciptaan surat menyurat dan arsip digital secara terautomasi serta berkesinambungan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih adanya persoalan seperti sistem yang masih belum stabil dan jaringan yang belum kuat, serta pemusnahan arsip secara elektronik menggunakan SRIKANDI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas efektivitas aplikasi SRIKANDI di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI). Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan teori efektivitas menurut Budiani (2007:53) dari 4 (empat) indikator pengukuran efektivitas. Pertama, aplikasi SRIKANDI ini sudah tepat sasaran, awal dibuat aplikasi SRIKANDI di tunjukan kepada seluruh pegawai di lingkungan ANRI. Kedua, sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh ANRI berupa tatap muka secara online dan offline serta bimbingan teknis. Ketiga, tercapainya aplikasi SRIKANDI yang efektif, efisien dan terintegritas serta melanjutkan amanah pemerintah yang menginginkan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dan mulai meninggalkan pengarsipan secara konvensional. Keempat, pemantauan yang dilakukan secara berkala yang dilakukan oleh setiap pegawai melalui group WhatsApp dan halpdisk, serta evaluasi yang dilalukan setiap tahun oleh ANRI. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah, perlu adanya penguatan keamanan sistem aplikasi SRIKANDI dan perlu adanya peningkatan jaringan internet dan software agar sistem tidak down, serta terhindar dari bug bug aplikasi yang dapat menghambatnya kinerja pengguna dan pegawai ANRI dan instansi lainnya. SRIKANDI is one of several archive management applications and SRIKANDI is a general application that has been determined by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia which has been improved with the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia to complete the needs of creating correspondence and digital archives in an automated and sustainable manner. However, in its implementation, there are still problems such as an unstable system and a network that is not yet strong, as well as the destruction of archives electronically using SRIKANDI. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the SRIKANDI application is in the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, data collection using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study used the theory of effectiveness according to Budiani (2007:53) from 4 (four) indicators of effectiveness measurement. First, the SRIKANDI application is on target, initially the SRIKANDI application was shown to all employees within ANRI. Second, the socialization carried out by ANRI is in the form of online and offline face-to-face and technical guidance. Third, the achievement of an effective, efficient and integrated SRIKANDI application and continuing the government's mandate that wants an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) and begins to abandon conventional archiving. Fourth, monitoring is carried out periodically by each employee through WhatsApp groups and halpdisk, as well as evaluations carried out annually by ANRI. The suggestion from this study is that it is necessary to strengthen the security of the SRIKANDI application system and the need to improve the internet network and software so that the system does not go down, as well as avoid application bugs that can hinder the performance of users and employees of ANRI and other agencies.
