Abstract

ABSTRAK Melewati tantangan dalam hidup tentu tidaklah mudah, hal ini juga dialami oleh remaja punk jalanan yang hidup di jalanan karena memiliki kondisi sosial ekonomi. Perlunya kemampuan Adversity Quotient (AQ) yang dimiliki remaja punk untuk menghadapi kesulitan hidupnya. Salah satu lembaga yang membantu remaja punk meningkatkan kemampuan AQ yaitu Pondok Tasawuf Underground. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses bimbingan keterampilan kerja dalam meningkatkan adversity quotient remaja punk jalanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori metode LEAD untuk mengetahui proses bimbingan keterampilan kerja yang ditambah dengan penggunaan angket Adversity Response Profile untuk mengetahui tingkat kelompok AQ remaja punk yaitu quitters, campers atau climbers. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bimbingan keterampilan kerja kepada remaja punk jalanan di Pondok Tasawuf Underground dilakukan dengan pendekatan individu dan kelompok. Pondok Tasawuf Underground mampu meningkatkan AQ remaja punk melalui konsep peta jalan pulang. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya masih ada hambatan yaitu faktor usia, faktor keluarga, faktor ekonomi dan faktor kedisiplinan. The need for the Adversity Quotient (AQ) ability of punk teenagers to face the difficulties of their lives. One of the institutions that helps punk teenagers improve their AQ abilities is Pondok Sufism Underground. Therefore, this research aims to determine the process of job skills guidance in increasing the adversity quotient of street punk teenagers. This research uses the LEAD method theory to determine the work skills guidance process coupled with measuring the AQ level of punk teenagers using the Adversity Response Profile questionnaire. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out using triangulation (combined), data analysis was qualitative. The results of this research concluded that job skills guidance for street punk teenagers at Pondok Tasawuf Underground was carried out using individual and group approaches. Pondok Sufism Underground is able to increase the AQ of punk teenagers through the concept of a road map home. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles, namely age factors, family factors, economic factors and disciplinary factors.
