Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisis jabatan merupakan salah satu wujud dari The right man on the right place. Undang-undang Nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara pasal 56 ayat 1 berbunyi, "Setiap instansi pemerintah wajib menyusun kebutuhan jumlah dan jenis jabatan PNS berdasarkan analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja". Disamping itu, beberapa jabatan pegawai pada sekretariat di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah DKI Jakarta yang masih belum menguasai kompetensi pada jabatan yang diemban, lalu adanya kekosongan jabatan yang akibatnya pelaksanaan tugas kurang optimal. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh analisis jabatan terhadap kinerja sekretariat di Badan Perencanaan Pemabngunan Daerah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan sekretariat di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah DKI Jakarta sebanyak 30 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapat hasil bahwa adanya pengaruh analisis jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan sebesar 88,% analisis jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sekeretariat di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah DKI Jakarta. Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus article 56 paragraph 1 reads, "Every government agency is obliged to prepare requirements for the number and type of civil servant positions based on job analysis and workload analysis." Apart from that, several employee positions in the secretariat at the DKI Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency still have not mastered the competencies in the positions they hold, and there are vacancies in their positions which result in the implementation of their duties being less than optimal. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of job analysis on the performance of the secretariat at the DKI Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency. The method used is causal quantitative research by distributing questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS version 25. The population in this study was all 30 secretariat employees at the DKI Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency and sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research conducted, the results showed that there was an influence of job analysis on employee performance and 88% of job analysis had an effect on the performance of secretariat employees at the DKI Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency.
