Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Nadira Puspa Annisa NPM : 2017110125 Judul : Pendampingan Psikososial Terhadap Penderita TBC dalam Program Case Management Aisyiyah Jumlah Halaman : 190+ Lembar Tuberculosis adalah suatu penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis, yang dapat menyerang berbagai organ terutama paru-paru. Penyakit ini apabila tidak diobati atau pengobatannya tidak tuntas dapat menimbulkan komplikasi berbahaya hingga kematian. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pendampingan psikososial terhadap penderita TBC dalam program case management Aisyiyah. Pendampingan psikososial bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan psikologis dan sosial guna membantu memulihkan kondisi fisik, psikologis, spiritual dan sosial penderita TBC sehingga mampu menjalankan fungsi sosialnya kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi psikososial penderita TBC, program Case Management Aisyiyah yang diberikan pada pasien TBC, dan keberfungsian sosial penderita TBC setelah mendapatkan pendampingan psikososial. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teori yang dinilai relevan, yaitu teori psikososial dan konsep case management. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara mendalam. Sesuai dengan karakteristik penelitian kualitatif, dalam penentuan informan peneliti menggunakan teknik snowball sampling, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sebelas informan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Atlas.ti. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa program pendampingan psikososial yang diberikan case manager kepada penderita TBC berdampak positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui terdapat masalah yang dialami penderita TBC yakni stigma negatif dari keluarga maupun masyarakat, permasalahan akses ke rumah sakit dalam segi geografis atau ekonomi, dan terdapat efek samping obat. Selanjutnya program dari case management Aisyiyah berupa pendampingan psikososial, gathering pasien bersama keluarga, shelter untuk pasien TBC, penggalangaan dana, MHPSS yang dilakukan selama masa pandemi Covid-19, terapi pencegahan TBC, program FGD yang mengundang narasumber dan mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan bunga dari kain flanel. Setelah menjalani pengobatan dan diberikan pendampingan psikososial, kondisi penderita TBC menjadi semangat untuk sembuh, lebih percaya diri, dan dapat berfungsi sosial kembali. This disease if not treated or treatment is not complete can cause dangerous complications until death. The focus of this study is to describe psychosocial assistance to tb sufferers in the Aisyiyah case management program. Psychosocial assistance aims to provide psychological and social services to help restore the physical, psychological, spiritual and social condition of tb sufferers so that they are able to carry out their social functions again. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect the psychosocial condition of tb sufferers, the Aisyiyah Case Management program given to TB patients, and the social functioning of tb sufferers after getting psychosocial assistance. In this study used several theories that are considered relevant, namely psychosocial theory and the concept of case management. The study uses qualitative methods and data retrieval techniques with in-depth interviews. In accordance with the characteristics of qualitative research, in determining informants researchers using snowball sampling techniques, the subjects in this study were eleven informants. The data analysis techniques used in this study use Atlas.ti software. The results explained that the psychosocial mentoring program provided by case managers to tb sufferers has a positive impact on daily life. From the results of this study, it is known that there are problems experienced by tb sufferers, namely negative stigma from family and community, problems of access to hospitals in geographical or economic terms, and there are side effects of drugs. Furthermore, the program of Aisyiyah case management in the form of psychosocial assistance, patient gathering with family, shelter for TB patients, fundraising, MHPSS conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic, TB prevention therapy, FGD program that invites speakers and holds training in making flowers from flannel. After undergoing treatment and given psychosocial assistance, the condition of tb sufferers becomes a spirit to heal, more confident, and can function socially again.
