Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama :Nany Widiastuti NPM :202001201.00009 Judul Tesis :Implementasi Kebijakan Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Desa Waru Jaya Kabupaten Bogor Dosen Pembimbing:Dr. Retnowati WD Tuti, M.Si Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama pada 1.000 hari pertama kehidupan. Kondisi gagal tumbuh pada balita disebabkan oleh dua faktor yaitu kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu lama serta terjadinya infeksi berulang. Kedua faktor tersebut dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh yang tidak memadai terutama dalam 1.000 hari pertama kehidupan. Stunting yang dibiarkan akan memiliki dampak dalam jangka panjang dan akan berpengaruh besar pada produktivitas dan kualitas bangsa Indonesia. Menurut hasil Survei Status Gizi Balita Indonesia, angka Stunting kembali menurun pada angka 24,4%. Namun angka tersebut belum cukup bagus mengingat WHO menargetkan angka stunting tidak boleh lebih dari 20%. Prevelensi Stunting Desa Waru Jaya pada tahun 2019 adalah sebesar 30,5% atau 354 dari 1.161 balita yang ditimbang mengalami Stunting, angka Stunting yang sangat tinggi mengingat lokasi wilayah desa ini yang berada tidak jauh dari ibu kota negara dan merupakan wilayah penghubung antara wilayah Bogor dan Jakarta. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi stunting dan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan percepatan penurunan stunting di Desa Waru Jaya Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis, diperoleh hasil bahwa implementasi kebijakan percepatan penurunan stunting di Desa Waru Jaya telah sesuai dengan peraturan hal ini dibuktikan dengan menurunnya angka stunting menjadi 2,9% pada tahun 2021. Hanya saja masih terdapat sedikit kelemahan pada aspek sumber daya yaitu kurangnya tenaga gizi dan juga keterlibatan Ketua RT/RW. Hal lain yang dianggap kurang optimal adalah anggaran dari dana desa yang masih bisa ditingkatkan lagi untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kebijakan percepatan penurunan stunting. The condition of failure to thrive in toddlers is caused by two factors, namely the lack of nutritional intake for a long time and the occurrence of repeated infections. Both factors are influenced by inadequate parenting, especially in the first 1,000 days of life. Stunting that is left unchecked will have an impact in the long term and will have a major impact on the productivity and quality of the Indonesian nation. According to the results of the Indonesian Toddler Nutritional Status Survey, the stunting rate declined again at 24.4%. However, this figure is not good enough considering that WHO targets the stunting rate to be no more than 20%. . The prevalence of stunting in Waru Jaya Village in 2019 was 30.5% or 354 of 1,161 toddlers who were weighed as experiencing stunting, a very high stunting rate considering the location of this village area which is not far from the national capital and is a connecting area between Bogor and Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze stunting conditions and to analyze the implementation of policies to accelerate stunting reduction in Waru Jaya Village, Bogor Regency, West Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the analysis, it was found that the implementation of the policy to accelerate stunting reduction in Waru Jaya Village was in accordance with the regulations, this was evidenced by the decline in the stunting rate to 2.9% in 2021. It's just that there are still a few weaknesses in the aspect of resources, namely the lack of nutrition and human resources. also the involvement of the Head of RT/RW. Another thing that is considered less than optimal is the budget from village funds which can still be increased to support the implementation of policies to accelerate stunting reduction.
