Abstract

ABSTRAK Kesehatan ibu dan anak merupakan hal yang sangat mendasar dalam menciptakan keluarga sejahtera, akan tetapi angka kematian ibu dan anak hingga saat ini masih tinggi di Indonesia. Kabupaten Bogor memiliki angka kematian ibu tertinggi di daerah Jawa Barat, menurut dinas kesehatan di Jawa Barat. Salah satu faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi tingginya angka kematian ibu adalah sulitnya mendapatkan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan khususnya rumah sakit kelas C yang melayani kesehatan ibu dan anak hanya ada empat di Kabupaten Bogor. Selain itu rumah sakit ibu dan anak di Kabupaten Bogor juga belum ada yang menerapkan konsep alam sebagai proses dalam penyembuhan pasien pada bangunan dan lingkunannya. Arsitektur organik merupakan salah satu konsep perancangan arsitektur yang dapat memberikan kesehatan bagi pengguna bangunannya sebagaimana dalam isi piagam Gaia yang memiliki aturan-aturan dalam arsitektur organik salah satu nya adalah memberikan kesehatan. Arsitektur organik adalah perancangan arsitektur yang memiliki konsep dasar yang berasal dari alam dan penerapannya sebagian atau keseluruhan bangunan. Diharapkan dengan adanya perencanaan dan perancangan rumah sakit ibu dan anak berkonsep arsitektur organik, maka dapat tercapai lingkungan penyembuhan yang optimal bagi ibu dan anak, khususnya di Kabupaten Bogor. Kata Kunci: RSIA, Arsitektur Organik, Fasilitas Kesehatan ABSTRACT Maternal and child health is very basic in creating a prosperous family, but the maternal and child mortality rate is still high in Indonesia. Bogor district has the highest maternal mortality rate in the West Java area, according to the West Java health office. One of the factors that greatly affects the high maternal mortality rate is the difficulty of obtaining health care facilities. There are only four health service facilities, especially class C hospitals that serve maternal and child health in Bogor Regency. In addition, there are no maternal and child hospitals in Bogor Regency that have applied the concept of nature as a process in healing patients in buildings and their environment. Organic architecture is one of the architectural design concepts that can provide health for building users as in the contents of the Gaia charter which has rules in organic architecture, one of which is to provide health. Organic architecture is an architectural design that has a basic vi concept that comes from nature and its application is part or all of the building. It is hoped that with the planning and design of a mother and child hospital with an organic architecture concept, an optimal healing environment can be achieved for mothers and children, especially in Bogor Regency.
