Abstract
Kota Tua is a historic area in Jakarta, this area has a lot of abandoned, outdated, and no longer used historical buildings. Over time, the buildings got eaten away, and some of the buildings have collapsed due to unkempt conditions, but all these buildings have the potential to be developed and reused to be as alive as it was before. Although many buildings are not maintained, several buildings have been reused as cafes, libraries, restaurants, and a museum. A museum is a building that stores maintains and displays various kinds of collections ranging from historical collections to art collections and many others. Visitors that visit the museum varied from children to the elderly, this diversity should be accommodated but, the buildings are historical buildings that were built before there was awareness of inclusiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to use one of the abandoned buildings to be reused as a museum, a museum that can be visited by various groups of people regardless of individual physical or psychological abilities. And to accommodate various visitors to the museum, the building will implement universal design concepts to be inclusive
