Abstract

This research is research aimed at unload and explore meaning that is in political communication through study logician Ferdinand de Saussure, a method of logician who used in this research was logician of thought Saussure. Where in the theory Saussure explained that sign have an element interconnected or attachment to each other for example through a marker (signifier), signified (signified). This process links between a text (said, a sentence) through diplomacy by president jokowi with the leaders of influential in indonesia and context ( state or situation).Then technique analysis the data used the analysis by using the theory logician Ferdinan de Saussure. Model the theory of Saussure focused attention directly to sign itself.In research on text and the word of this, researchers make interprestation by dividing a whole a text (said, a sentence) into parts and next any part will be analyzed by using the theory logician of saussure. The results from the study of diplomacy a dining table ala Jokowi having a meaning interlocking and preserved in a message is to keep wholeness justification of maintaining national unity, follow the law, constitution 45 and returned in ideology pancasila. So via this message researchers find the main objective of in diplomacy a dining table done by Jokowi in the presidential palace by involving the the political elite an influential and powerful in the country so the purpose especially in diplomacy this is acquisition (the), preservation (maintenance) , augmentation (the addition) of and proper distribution the who are just a law be country unity of the republic of Indonesia
