Abstract

Abstract: Anemia in Pregnant Women During the Covid 19 Pandemic. Anemia is a world health problem that can increase morbidity and mortality. Pregnant women with anemia can threaten the first 1000 days of life (HPK) in maternal and child health. During the pandemic, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women has increased due to limited access to health services. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of anemia during the Covid 19 pandemic. The total population of 138 pregnant women with anemia; the sample is the total population. This type of quantitative research is descriptive with a cross-sectional approach—data analysis using SPSS with chi�square statistical test. The results showed that pregnant women with mild anemia were 128 (93%) and moderate anemia was 10 (7%). The distribution of the highest age frequency is 20-35 years with 111 people (80.4%), higher education 98 people (71%), pregnant women not working 109 people (79%), gravida 1-4 were 132 people (95.7%), parity 0-1 were 81 people (58.7%), good nutritional status of pregnant women was 87 people (63%), complete ANC visits were 86 people (62.3%). The conclusion is that there is no relationship between age, education, gravida, parity, occupation, with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Tanah Abang District Health Center. So that health promotion efforts are needed, especially in Antenal Care (ANC) services. Keywords: Anemia, Pregnant Women, Covid 19 Pandemi
