Abstract

Reformation at Indonesian Foreign Ministry has been started as a response to domestic and international environments. At domestic level, the government has more democratic character in decision making process. Therefore, the Ministry should response these demand with restructuration, reorganization and also reform at bureaucratic process. Reform is also due to changing international environment post Cold War. International issues shift from Cold War to others issues such as Human Rights and International Economy. Under this reformation program, the Ministry has gain benefit internally particularly for diplomats and same time make diplomacy more transparent to public
