Abstract

ABSTRAK Tawuran antar pelajar terjadi sebagai suatu yang sifatnya terorganisir, yang merupakan bagian atau ekses serta dampak dari sebuah organisasi. Tawuran antar pelajar tetap dan turus terjadi meskipun adanya regulasi, kebijakan atau sebuah aturan terkait tawuran pelajar. Sebab tawuran antar pelajar ini melembaga dan muncul dari hasil interaksi kelompok-kelompok sosial yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. Tawuran antar pelajar bukanlah fenomena yang berdiri sendiri, yang mana adanya nilai-nilai dan budaya yang melekat dan dipelihara oleh sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yang menggunakan pisau analisis dari John van Manen dan Stephen Barley dengan empat aspek kehidupan organisasi, yakni kontes ekologis, interaksi diferensial, pemahaman kolektif, dan domain individu. Penelitian ini dilakukan denga teknik wawancara mendalam, teknik observasi dan telaah dokumen yang diuji keabsahan datanya menggunakan cara triangulasi sumber data yang berfungsi untuk memanfaatkan sumber yang berbeda untuk menemukan data sejenis. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwasannya tawuran antar pelajar sudah menjadi suatu budaya di lingkungan sekolah. Dimana pada konteks ekologis dilihat bahwa terdapat situasi dan kondisi yang mendorong siswa melakukan aksi tawuran mulai dari faktor internal seperti faktor emosional para siswa, dan faktor eksternal yang meliputi kondisi sosial, lingkungan fisik, faktor keluarga, dan faktor pertemanan. Pada aspek interaksi diferensial tawuran pelajar terjadi karena adanya hubungan interaksi, baik itu antar individu maupun kelompok yang menghasilkan sebuah koreasi diantara siswa. Tawuran pelajar juga perlu dilihat dari aspek pemahaman kolektif, sebab tawuran pelajar terjadi karena adanya nilai-nilai yang dipegang dalam peer group siswa dan menghasilkan solidaritas kelompok sosial siswa. Dan yang terakhir adalah aspek domain individual. Konteks domain ini sangatlah krusial, sebab terdapat individu dominan yang memiliki nilai-nilai yang berdampak pada kelompok atau orang lain. Maka dari itu perlu adanya upaya penanggulangan terkait masalah tawuran antar pelajar di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Upaya ini tidak hanya melibatkan pihak sekolah, melainkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat seperti pemerintah, kepolisian, orang tua, serta para siswa itu sendiri. Brawls between students persist and continue to occur even though there are regulations, policies or rules related to student brawls. This is because brawls between students are institutionalized and arise from the interaction of social groups in the school environment. Brawls between students are not a stand-alone phenomenon, in which there are values and culture that are attached and maintained by the system. This study uses a qualitative method that produces descriptive data using an analytical knife from John van Manen and Stephen Barley with four aspects of organizational life, namely ecological contest, differential interaction, collective understanding, and individual domain. This research was conducted using in�depth interview techniques, observation techniques and document review which were tested for the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources which functioned to utilize different sources to find similar data. The results of this study reveal that brawls between students have become a culture in the school environment. Where in the ecological context it is seen that there are situations and conditions that encourage students to take brawl action starting from internal factors such as the emotional factors of students, and external factors which include social conditions, physical environment, family factors, and friendship factors. In the aspect of differential interaction, student brawls occur because of interaction relationships, both between individuals and groups that produce a correlation between students. Student brawls also need to be seen from the aspect of collective understanding, because student brawls occur because of the values held in student peer groups and produce student social group solidarity. And the last is the aspect of the individual domain. The context of this domain is crucial, because there are dominant individuals who have values that impact other groups or people. Therefore, there is a need for countermeasures related to the problem of brawls between students in the City of South Tangerang. This effort does not only involve the school, but all levels of society such as the government, police, parents, and the students themselves.
