Abstract

Soil in general is heterogeneous, which does not rule out the discovery of very different properties in one soil mapping unit. The aim of the study was to examine the characteristics of the chemical inclusion properties of Mg-dd, Fe-dd and Mn-dd soil on the Ultisol soil profile of forest land, dry land and rice fields in Jasinga. Soil sampling was carried out on three horizons (Ao or Ap, AB and B) on the soil profile of forest land and dry land, while in paddy fields it was taken based on a depth of 0-20 cm, 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm from the soil surface. The analyzed soil properties were soil pH, organic C, soil bases, CEC, KB, Al-dd, Fe-dd, Mn-dd. The results showed that the chemical inclusion properties of soil Mg-dd in forest land use were very high in forest and paddy fields, Fe-dd and Mn-dd were low in all land uses. The chemical inclusion properties found in Ultisol Jasinga soil indicate that there are similarities in soil characteristics with Alfisol soil types which have high base saturation.
