Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Atika Maharani Tasya Program Studi : Administrasi Publik Judul : Inovasi sistem informasi data kota Tangerang (SITANGKOT) dalam pemuktahiran data pemilih berkelanjutan pada komisi pemilihan umum kota tangerang Jumlah Halaman : 74 Halaman Dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan umum (pemilu) terdapat permasalahan yang ditemui yaitu permasalahan data pemilih yang ganda, data tidak terdaftar, juga pindah domisili serta perubahan status seperti TNI atau POLRI maka dari itu Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Tangerang meluncurkan aplikasi sederhana yaitu SITANGKOT (sistem informasi data kota Tangerang) yang membantu masyarakat kota Tangerang untuk lebih peduli dengan data pemilih agar tidak ditemukan daftar pemilih ganda atau tidak terdaftar pada saat pemilihan umum. Namun dalam penerapan inovasi ini masih ditemui kendala, seperti : kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat secara mendalam, terkadang jam 12 malam ada pembersihan sistem maka tidak bisa di akses oleh masyarakat serta kurangnya peduli masyarakat dengan data pemilih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan masalah yang ada maka penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Inovasi sistem informasi data kota Tangerang (SITANGKOT) dalam pemuktahiran data pemilih berkelanjutan pada komisi pemilihan umum kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan temuan sebagai berikut : untuk indikator relative advange atau keunggulan relative bahwa inovasi sistem informasi data Komisi Pemilihan Umum kota Tangerang memiliki keunggulan serta bermanfaat untuk mempercepat dan mempermudahkan masyarakat serta instansi terkait dalam data pemilih berkelanjutan kemudian dari indikator compability atau kesesuaian membantu masyarakat dengan tidak membuka lembaran lagi melakinkan langsung mengakses aplikasi SITANGKOT untuk mengecek data pemilih, dari indikator complexity aplikasi SITANGKOT mengurangi masyarakat yang datang langsung kekantor KPU jika ada permasalahan karena didalam aplikasi tersebut ada fitur permohohan data dalam indikator triability serta langkah – langkah dalam aplikasi sudah ada di fitur panduan pada aplikasi SITANGKOT dengan menggunakan bahasa yang mudah di pahami masyarakat, indikator observability dalam mengakses apliaski SITANGKOT perlunya akses jaringan internet yang bagus agar bisa maksimal dan juga jika ada perubahan KPU memperoses 3x24 jam serta ada pembersihan sistem yaitu jam 12 malam, hasil dari sistem informasi data KPU kota Tangerang dapat diamati salah satunya perubahan data bisa langsung dilihat jika telah di proses komisi pemilihan umum kota Tangerang. Tangerang city) which helps the people of Tangerang city to be more concerned with voter data so that no duplicate or unregistered voter lists are found during the general election. However, in the implementation of this innovation, there are still obstacles, such as: lack of in-depth socialization to the community, sometimes at 12 at night there is a system giving so that it cannot be accessed by the community and lack of public care about voter data. The purpose of this study is based on the existing problems, this research is to know and analyze the innovation of the Tangerang City Data Information System (SITANKOT) in updating voter data continuously at the Tangerang City General Election Commission. The research method that uses the approach is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show the following findings: for the relative advantage indicator or relative advantage that the innovation of the information stem of the Tangerang General Election Commission data has advantages and is useful for accelerating and facilitating the community and related institutions in sustainable voter data, then from the compatibility indicator, it helps the community by not Opening the sheet again, directly accessing the SITANGKOT application to check voter data, from the complexity indicator the SITANGKOT application reduces people who come directly to the KPU office if there is a problem because in the application there is a data request feature in the triability indicator and the steps in the application are already in the guide feature in the SITANGKOT application using language that is easy for the public to understand, indicators of observability in accessing the SITANGKOT application, the need for good internet network access so that it can be maximized and also if there is a change in the KPU processing 3x24 hours and there is a system cleaning at 12 o'clock at night, the results from the Tangerang City KPU data information system can be observed, one of which changes to the data can be seen immediately if it has been processed by the Tangerang city general election commission.
