Abstract

Recent research managed to collect five isolates. However, in the implementation of activities is quite cumbersome and impractical. So it needs to be something more practical for the carrier of the microbial isolates and still can be used as an organic waste treatment plant as fertilizer. Methodology: Adaptation of Pseudomonas putida as additional microbes, durability testing of isolates in storage, test behind its growth, the dose of test applications on the carrier, and testing on commodities Onion. The experimental design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with treatments tailored to each stage of the study and repeated 4 times. Conclusion Pseudomonas putida as an additional isolates can be adapted to grow well in wastewater of rice and pellets from rice flour. Consortium isolates Gluconacetobacter saccarivorans, Trichosporon asahii, Pichia kudriavzevii, Burkholderia metallica called Pellet 1 or consortium isolates G. saccarivorans, T. asahii, P. kudriavzevii, B. metallica and P. putida called pellet 2 or consortium of isolates of T. asahii, P . kudriavzevii, B. metallica and P. putida called pellets 3 when added to the wastewater out from tofu, and wastewater of rice does not cause odor can then be used as fertilizer. Making the best pellets are made at 35 ° C for 3-4 days. At the present time isolates the pellets are still able to function as an inoculant in the wastewater out from tofu, and wastewater of rice in storage for 4 months. Dose pellets used 5g / liter of organic wastewater. Has attempted to commodity onion, and looks worth more or less similar to the control, for fertilizer pellets 1 could save 50% without basic fertilizer.
